Q5: Now that I've chosen my device, what exactly do I have to do to make a switch?

Firstly, check the device you want to switch is registered with us, then turn off 'Find my iPhone' or similar services, pay the service fee and choose your delivery address. When the driver arrives, you must show your personal ID and hand over your registered device. (No need to hand over your registered device if you request for a replace as a Plan B customer)

Q6: How do I pay the service fee? How is this calculated?

You have to pay the service fee by credit card. The service fee is calculated based on the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) at the time of phone purchase. Besides, if you exchange a phone that isn’t the registered one or if you don’t turn off features like Find my iPhone, you may be subject to an additional charge of up to the original SRP at purchase. Once we confirm we have received the correct device, then only the regular fee will be charged and the additional fee will not be charged.

Outlying areas include: Ma Wan, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Lantau Island (except the parts of Lantau Island set out under Hong Kong addresses above) and other parts of Hong Kong not specified under Hong Kong addresses above.
